  • How long will my order take?

  • What if I want to cancel my order? 

    • We aim to process orders as soon as possible after they are placed. Therefore we are unable to cancel orders after they are made. Changes to orders may be made under some circumstances. Email Info@naveecollection.com to inquire about making a change to your order. 

 

  • Do you offer returns and exchanges? 

    • Due to COVID-19 The Navee Collection does not currently offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please read descriptions and size charts before purchase. We will inform customers if/when this policy changes. Subscribe to our email list to be the first to know. 

 

  • Do you offer pickups?

    • Yes, pickups from The Navee Collection are conveniently available for people in the Richmond, VA area. Pickups on holidays are not available. Next day pickups and pickups on weekends are sometimes available upon request. Pickups are by appointment only. Use the code RVAPICKUP for free shipping and email Info@naveecollection.com with your order number to schedule your pickup. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response.
